Industrial laser coding uses CO2 laser technology to mark products by producing intense pulses of light which are deflected to form characters. Laser coding is achieved by removing material or a coating from the product or packaging, or by changing the surface of the substrate. The latter will cause a colour change in some plastics to produce a discernable mark.

 Linx SL101
  The Linx SL101 is a low power 10W CO2 scribing laser coder specially designed for ease of installation, use and maintenance. This cost effective laser system is suitable for more basic applications, such as 1-2 lines of code, at line speeds of up to 110m/min.

 Linx SL301
  The Linx SL301 is a mid-powered 30W CO2 scribing laser coder specially designed for ease of installation, use and maintenance. The Linx SL301 is suitable for more demanding applications, such as coding harder to mark materials and multiple lines of code, at mid to high line speeds (up to 300m/min)*.

  The Videojet 3320 laser marking system delivers high resolution marks on a wide range of products such as packages (labels, glass and plastic containers, tubes, cardboard cartons, etc.), plugs, switches, sensors, electrical appliances, profiles and door/ window sealings.

 Videojet 3430
  The Videojet 3430 laser marking system provides best-in-class marking speeds and maximum production throughput with 50 watts of power. For example, PET bottles or labels can be coded at 72,000 per hour with marking speeds up to 2,000 characters per second, meeting the beverage industry¡¦s demand for high throughput. And the Videojet 3430 system can also handle more demanding logo and graphics content, easily marking rubber, plastic and wood extrusions with high quality, permanent codes.
